Meetings at The Pump Rooms
The Pump Rooms can be hired for meetings, conferences, classes and training events.The building benefits from disabled access and there is free parking nearby.
The main room can accommodate up to 50 seated in theatre style and is an excellent venue for smaller more personal meetings. The layout can be arranged to suit your requirements in different styles as below.
•Cafe seating for 32
•Open Square seating for 20
•Theatre seating for 50
A smaller private room is also available for meetings of 6-8 people.
In addition we are able to supply a digital projector, screen, and flipchart.
Tea and coffee making facilities can be provided. Hirers may bring their own provisions or make separate arrangements with the venue. Outside catering can be provided by local suppliers or arranged by the hirer and delivered on the day. Cups and plates are also available (may be subject to a small charge depending on arrangements). Please discuss any catering requirements with the Town Clerk.

10% discount on group bookings of 4 or more sessions.
Local Community Charities and non-profit organisations receive the first hour free followed by the full hourly rate.
Cups and Saucers are available for hire at £5.00
